The objective of the study is to assist the European Commission in the preparation of an impact assessment for a European Media Freedom Act. The study will contribute to the problem definition and will assess the impact of different policy options. The activities include desk research, interviews, targeted surveys, focus groups, workshops, and the analysis of the results of the open public consultation.
