Impact of new developments in human-machine interaction on work organisation and working conditions

Abstract: The objectives of this project are to analyse the most impacted dimensions of working conditions, work content, work organisation and training requirements in the application of advanced robotics and the way in which social dialogue has responded to and can shape the workplace application of relevant technologies. The research includes a supplementation of a literature review and eight case studies of establishments that have adopted advanced robotics at the workplace.
