Open Evidence led consortium awarded with the Framework Contract for Support Actions in the Field of Tobacco Control

On the 24th of January, the consortium led by Open Evidence was awarded with the Single Framework Contract for Support Actions in the Field of Tobacco Control (HADEA/2022/OP/0011) by the European Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA). The main purpose of the framework contract is to provide services to support the various actions in the field of tobacco control at EU level.

The objectives are to support the implementation and further development of the EU’s tobacco control policy and legislation and actions further outlined in Europe’s beating cancer plan.

Open Evidence will lead an international consortium which includes the ENSP (European Network for Smoking Prevention), University of Crete, ICF, Milieu Consulting, Vital Strategies and SGS.
The framework contract will last four years with a total value of EUR 3 Million.
