Study supporting the evaluation of COSME and EIP 

Abstract: The study undertakes the final evaluation of the Programme for the Competitiveness of Enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises (COSME) (2014-20), and an Ex-post evaluation of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme (EIP) (2007-13), the predecessor to the COSME programme. The data collection activities include a portfolio analysis, the analysis of the responses to the open public consultation, targeted surveys, interviews, case studies and a counterfactual analysis.
