Abstract: The purpose of the Study is to support the European Commission in the evaluation of the Regulation on a framework for the free flow of non-personal data (FFDR), the Open Data Directive (ODD), and the Data Governance Act (DGA), as mandated by the three legislative acts and following the Better Regulation Guidelines.
